Noodles must be poured for five minutes with hot water. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar and stir well. In a well heated wok for two minutes, fry the beans, onions and bell peppers. Then we add the meat, season it and fry for five minutes. Pour soy sauce over it and simmer for about seven minutes. At the end add the noodles, stir them and stew for a couple more minutes.
Any other ingredients can be used instead of meat. Vegetarians can add any vegetables to the dish. Meat can be replaced by seafood: shrimp, fish, squid and so on.
